Technical Issues

Players are responsible for their own hardware, software and internet connection. Matches will not be rescheduled or paused because of technical issues. If a team cannot play with the number of players which are stated in the requirements then this will be counted as a forfait.

All players are responsible to have a connection (ping) as good as possible for their team region and technical situation. Also, all downloads and other programs which are unnecessary for the match must be turned off. For abusing this rule, the team can be disqualified.

If you are killed by hackers in a game, be sure to get proof of this happening and provide it to your admin in-match chat as evidence. If the admin identifies it as hacking or cheating, a replay of the match may happen.

If a replay is to happen, it would continue from the kill count at the time of a user dying to a hacker. Be sure to take proof of the scoreboard immediately after the killcam if you think you died to a hacker.

It is the admin's discretion to issue a full replay or a replay from the kill count depending on the circumstances surrounding the issue.

Disclaimer: The match must be played out to completion before providing proof as leaving early and the evidence not being valid can result in a forfeit.

If a user is found to be cheating, glitching, or abusing in-game exploits they risk forfeiture and a permanent ban from the platform.

Your Activision ID should only include the English alphabet, numbers and characters. Special characters such as emojis, faces and other languages are not permitted as they cannot be accessed on the consoles US/EU keyboard layouts.

GAVRA Esports reserves the right of our administrators to approve of a gamertag in some instances.
