General Info

Requirements

  • Teams must play with 5 players
  • When registering, players must write their PSN ID with the correct symbols.

Tournements And Events

  • Tournement: Generally is composed from 8 teams that challenge for the win. There might be special tournements.
  • Event: Two teams compete in 3 matches for the win. There might be special events with some particularities.

Special Matches

In GAVRA ESports there may be special tournaments and events:

  • Themed Event/Tournement: Maps have a common theme.
  • Mistery Map: Players won't know 1 of the maps until the lobby opens.
  • 50/50: Each team chooses a map for the event or tournement.
  • Blind Match: Nobody knows the maps until the lobby is created.

Premium Tournements/Events

Premium tournaments and events are exclusively for premium members.

Tecnical Issues

Players are responsible for their own hardware, software and internet connection. Matches will not be rescheduled or paused because of technical issues. If a team cannot play with the number of players which are stated in the requirements then this will be counted as a forfait.

 

Connection

All players are responsible to have a connection (ping) as good as possible for their team region and technical situation. Also, all downloads and other programs which are unnecessary for the match must be turned off. For abusing this rule, the team can be disqualified.

 

Unsportsmanlike Behaviour

For an orderly and pleasant game, it is essential that all players have a sportive and fair attitude. Breaches of the rules will be punished.

Every player should represent their team by participating to the best of their abilities. Anything that falls short of that is considered to be unsportsmanlike and will be penalised depending on the severity of the behaviour as determined by the administration. This includes but is not limited to spamming, insulting, trolling or unsportsmanlike behaviour in general towards other players, teams, casters and the staff.

 

Team Rules

Team rosters must consist of the number of players stated under requirements on the tournament/event page to participate to the match. Teams can have a reserve player in tournements, NOT in events. All roster changes must be made and comunicated to the admins at least 2h before the match.

 

Substitute Player

The teams can have a reserve player in a tournement in case someone can't join. The reserve player must to be registered to the tournement. It is only allowed to substitute 1 player in the tournements before the match has started. As soon as all players joined the lobby of the match, the team is considered as ready to play and no further changes to the roster are allowed, exceptions may be authorized by an admin. Also it's possible to switch players between matches.

 

Premium Tournements/Events

In order to participate in premium events and tournaments, teams must be composed only from premium members. The teams and players who will breach this rule will be punished.

How much it costs to participate in an event or tournement?

3 euros for basic members, free for Premium Members. Visit the Premium Members page to have more informations.

If I can no longer participate in the event, will the registration money be refunded to me?

No they won't. It's your responsibility to sign up only if you're sure to be able to join the event.

What do i gain if i win an event or tournement?

Players who win an event or tournament, in addition to having fun and gaining more experience and skill, will receive a GAVRA pass. This is a virtual pass that gives players free access to an event or tournament they want to participate in any game.

What happens if i win more than a tournement or event?

You keep free access to events and tournaments until you lose.

How long the GAVRA pass is valid and how many events I can use it for?

The GAVRA pass has no expiry date and you can use it only for a match.

Where can I see if i've a GAVRA pass?

Players who have got a GAVRA pass are listed on a specific page (GAVRA Pass). In this page admins register if players used their GAVRA pass. Once the GAVRA pass has been used the player will be removed from the list.

What happens if I use my GAVRA pass but then I can't attend the event?

If you use your GAVRA pass but then you can't attend the event, nothing happens. You'll keep your GAVRA pass.

How many events take place in a week?

Gavra ESports organizes a minimum of 3 weekly events.

Can i participate for multiple events in a week?

Yes you can.

How to sign up for an event or tournement?

To sign up for a Rainbow Six Siege event or tournement fill in the form below. If you're a Premium Member or you got a GAVRA pass, contact the admins to sign up.

I registered but i made a mistake, how can i correct it?

If you notice that you have made a mistake in the registration, DO NOT re-register, contact on PSN the admin WK9396 or Gavra91 on Discord.

How can i team up with a friend?

To team up with a friend select the same team or write the same team name in the registration form.

If i participate with a friend, do we have to register separately?

Yes you've.

Can I register even if I don't have a team?

Yes you can. Admins will assign you teammates. 

What happens when i registered? 

Once you registered, you'll be contacted from the admins on PSN and added in a group with the other registered players.

How do i know who hosts my match?

You can find the host of the match in the event info. Also, it will be comunicated into the PSN group.

How last events and tournements?

It depends on various factors. Generally an event last around 1 hour.

What should i do if i can no longer attend the event?

If you can't participate in the event, please inform the admins in advance.

What happens if i can no longer attend the event?

If you informed the admins nothing will happen. If you have not, you may be penalized.

What happens if i don't show up to an event?

If you don't show up to an event you will get a point penalty on your license. To see how this is applied visit the page rules.

If i am late can i ask to the host to wait for me?

Yes you can.

If i am late and can't join in time the first match, can i join the other matches?

Yes you can.

If i get disconnected during the match can i rejoin?

Yes you can.

Can i broadcast my match?

It's preferable that you don't broadcast your match to avoid instability problems in the lobby.

semifinal

The 4 teams will be splitted in 2 lobbies hosted from 2 GAVRA ESports admins. The calendar of the semifinals will be published Saturday 7th March. The 2 winning teams enter to the final.

Maps

The maps will be the same for everyone, with the exception for the mystery map. Semifinals and finals will play on the same maps (see above).

What's the mistery map?

It's a map that players won't know until the match starts. It's choosed by the admins.

Who win the event?

The team that wins the most rounds will win the event. In case the two teams win the same number of rounds, the team that has won the most matches will win the event.

How many spots are available for the event?

There're 20 spots available for the event. We suggest you to join with a friend or clan to achieve better results in the tournement. If you've not a clan or friend for take part to the tournement, admins will assign you.

How can i comunicate with my teammates?

To communicate with your teammates create a party on PS4 and invite them. Of course players must have headphones.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Every participant has to behave with respect towards the GAVRA ESports admins and the other players. This applies to behavior in-game and also in chats, messengers, comments and other media. We expect players to conduct themselves according to the following values:

  • Integrity: be honest, be committed, play fair.
  • Respect: show respect all other humans, including teammates, competitors, and event staff.

The violation of the code of conduct will result in penalty points. In the case of continuous violations of the rules, the penalties may include disqualification or banning from the future GAVRA ESports events.

INSULTS AND OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOURS

All insults that happen during a GAVRA ESports match or on the GAVRA ESports platform, will be punished. This includes ingame chat of the corresponding game, forums, matches or news-comments, GAVRA ESports messages, match-chat. Insults that happen on external messengers are not taken into account.

To sign up for the event fill in the form below once. Before to sign up, read carefully rules. Registered players will be added in a list in the section teams. Updating the team list can take some time as it is a manual process, so don't be alarmed if you don't see your ID as soon as you registered. Please sign up only if you're sure to participate.

Once you registered, you'll be contacted from the admins on PSN and added in a group with the other registered players.

NOTE: In order to have a balanced match, admins may ask some players to change team, so you may not be in the team you choosed. If you have a team within GAVRA ESports or you play with a friend, admins won't separate you from your teammate(s).

Become a GAVRA ESports Commentator

Players that want to broadcast and comment the action of the match into the Twitch channel GAVRA ESports can contact WK9396 on PSN or Gavra91 on Discord. The commentator can't play the match, so he doesn't have to register.
